We have been making moisture creams for over 30 years ago initially in response to eczema and very dry skin. Most other moisture creams are made with 90% water and a small percentage of oil. The water evaporates when it hits the skin leaving nothing to coat the skin and trap the moisture in. Our creams are super rich in beeswax which clings to the skin – keeping it moisturised and nourished for up to 24 hours.

The hand creams are not expensive considering a 120ml jar lasts approximately 6 months if used twice daily. We only use the highest-grade ingredients to create a quality product, so you are paying for a quality product. Our creams are water-in-oil emulsion. The total (expensive) plant oil content is much higher than the (free) water content.

We use water in our Hand Creams to create an emulsion with the oils we use. This delicate emulsion balance creates a rich cream that nourishes your skin. The water also helps with the cream’s spread ability on your skin but evaporates leaving a rich layer of fine oils and waxes.

Our Hand Creams are made with high quality oils and beeswax which creates a moisturising film on the skin to slow down TEML (trans epidermal moisture loss). This keeps the skin feeling moisturised for longer. You only need to use very little of our creams to feel the difference on your skin.

Our creams are water-in-oil emulsion. The total plant oil content is much higher than the water content. This produces a thicker, very moisturising, nourishing & protective cream.

The Hand Cream shouldn’t clog your pores. We use beeswax that is a natural substance. We don’t use petroleum jelly (fossil fuel) that can block pores.

No, you can use the Hand Cream on your face, hands, and all over the body.

After washing your hands, towel dry, immediately apply the Hand Cream on damp skin. The cream will spread easily, and it will not be sticky. Spend one minute or so to massage the cream into the skin. If it feels dry in some areas, you can apply more cream in those areas.

Our products are not medicated. However, many customers reported that our creams successfully help to soothe and manage skin conditions.

If you live in a hot and humid climate, it’s best to keep the Hand Cream in the fridge or stored in a cool room especially if it takes you a long time to finish the jar. If the Hand Cream is not kept in a cool environment, the shelf life may be shortened.

Our hands carry a lot of germs, so it is recommended to use a spoon. If you keep dipping your fingers in the jar, it may shorten the shelf life as our creams do not contain artificial preservatives

We use “best before” date, not “expiry” date. It means the Hand Cream is best to be used before the date. It doesn’t mean that it expires on that date.

If your cream is stored in a cool environment , you may still be able to use it following these steps:
Check visually that the cream is OK (no mould or other growth)
If it’s OK, then smell it to make sure it’s still fresh and hasn’t turned rancid
If it’s OK, patch test on the inside of elbow or wrist
If it’s OK, you can then use it
