During working hours, your order will be instantly received at our warehouse and the dispatch process will be underway.
Security
Payment processing via our website is PCI-DSS coolant. This means your personal information is encrypted and sent directly to our payment processing merchant. We do not see or store your credit card or payment information.
SSL Certificate. Our web server uses the latest 256 Bit encryption via an SSL Certificate. This provides security by encrypting data between our web site and your browser or our payment processing merchant.
Your credit card details. At no stage do we see or record your credit card details. At the payment stage of our web site you are interacting directly and exclusively with the Bank’s system. Only the Bank sees your credit card details.
Email Communication
As a customer, you may receive email communication from us as follows:
- Order confirmations and updates, including order tracking information
- Newsletters including general information, new product releases and special offers. You can choose not to receive these emails or update your preferences by clicking the link in the footer of these emails.
