3. Work with your fingers or the cornstarch spoon provided to the texture you like.
4. Mist your face with Rosewater Flower Petal Toning Mist, this vital step (applying to damp skin) seals moisture in.
5. Smooth your cream onto damp skin in upward strokes, massaging into skin.
